Right of withdrawal
At FAMBED® we sell customised beds and bed accessories, which are made to order. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply, and payment is collected before production begins. We always confirm your order personally to ensure everything is correct before we start production and charge the payment.
Delivery Time
From the moment you have confirmed your order and payment has been received, it usually takes 4–8 weeks for your FAMBED® products (family bed, fitted sheets, mattress topper or bed valance) to be manufactured at our production facility and then shipped to you. We keep you updated regularly on the expected delivery time throughout the process. You are always welcome to contact us for further information.

The Fambed extension kit is more or less compatible with all types of beds, ranging from continental beds and divan beds to bed frames with mattresses. However, there are a few things to be aware of:
NOTE 1: Does your existing bed have a wide edge
that will create more than a couple of centimetres gap between your existing bed and the extension bed, we suggest you buy and cut a block of foam to fit into the gap. Our bed bridge system is only designed to even out smaller gaps.
NOTE 2: Does your existing bed have a footboard
... this will typically not be compatible with our bed valance and the possibility to streamline the look of your combined bed so it appears as a single piece of furniture will be limited. In this case, consider buying a Fambed family bed, or accept the slightly untidy and combined look. The comfort will be the same.

Our mattress topper is designed to ensure the whole family enjoys healthy, safe and restorative sleep – made from high-quality materials of natural origin.
The natural latex provides a medium-firm, progressive comfort, which we recommend for co-sleeping. This prevents depressions forming around heavier adults that smaller children might roll into. It not only increases safety but also ensures an undisturbed night’s sleep for everyone.
The natural, OEKO-TEX® certified textiles and natural latex are carefully selected, as the mattress topper is in direct contact with your and your family’s bare skin. Therefore, it must be natural and free from harmful substances.

Our bed bridge system is designed to join the combined sleeping surface into a single seamless area. The bed wedge in the system is made with extra-wide “wings”, so it stays firmer than usual, and the body of the wedge’s T-profile is made from wider foam than typically found on the market.
The included bed strap in the system serves two purposes. Firstly, it keeps the bed wedge in place at each end, and secondly, it holds together the beds that make up the bed base (box mattresses, continental bed or similar).

The tailored fitted sheet is designed to support a healthy and relaxing sleep experience for the whole family.
Since the sheet comes into direct contact with your family’s bare skin, we have chosen high-quality 100% OEKO-TEX® certified cotton – a natural textile certified free from harmful chemicals. The snug design wraps the mattress topper in a smooth, seamless layer with strong elastic that keeps it in place all night while making it quick and easy to make the bed. The quality satin weave with 300 TC makes it durable enough for daily use in a lively family bed.

The bed valance is designed to fit your personal interior style and give the bed a clean and complete look.
It is custom-made to cover the bed base all the way to the floor, hiding any storage under the bed and reducing the visual impact of the large family bed. Available in three colours that match your fitted sheets and bedroom décor.
FAMBED® Height-adjustable bed legs are designed to be adjusted so the height of the adjoining bed can match the height of your existing bed. The bed legs can be extended from 15 – 42 cm. It is recommended that the bed is secured to something stable, such as another bed using the included bed bridge system, or a wall with screws, when placed on the height-adjustable bed legs, as these can become a little wobbly when adjusted to some of the highest settings.

It offers a soft backrest for reading, playing or relaxing and highlights the bed as a central piece of furniture in the room. The design radiates warmth and calm, and thanks to three colour options, it can easily be matched with bed covers, fitted sheets, bed valance and your other bedroom décor.
Designed to the same width as the chosen bed, 110 cm high from the floor, of which 55 cm is above the bed’s sleeping surface, and with a depth of 8 cm.
